class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con fundamento en los art\u00edculos 25, primer p\u00e1rrafo, y 131, p\u00e1rrafo segundo, de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, se reforma el art\u00edculo transitorio Primero del Decreto por el que se establece el impuesto general de importaci\u00f3n para la regi\u00f3n fronteriza y la franja fronteriza norte, publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el 24 de diciembre de 2008, con la finalidad de mantener los beneficios arancelarios aplicables a dichas zonas, fortalecer la competitividad de las empresas, fomentar la inversi\u00f3n y preservar el empleo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art\u00edculo \u00danico: se establece la ampliaci\u00f3n de la vigencia del referido Decreto hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2030, en concordancia con el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2025-2030 y el compromiso 74, relativo a la continuidad de los incentivos econ\u00f3micos en las franjas fronterizas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Esta medida busca favorecer el comercio exterior y el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico regional, permitiendo que las empresas ubicadas en estas zonas mantengan condiciones competitivas frente a los mercados internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LA PRESENTE RESOLUCI\u00d3N ENTRAR\u00c1 EN VIGOR EL D\u00cdA DE SU PUBLICACI\u00d3N EN EL DOF: DEBIDO A LA NATURALEZA INFORMATIVA DEL COMUNICADO, LOS INVITAMOS A CONSULTAR LA PUBLICACI\u00d3N OFICIAL EN EL <a
