Para el ejercicio fiscal 2025, el plazo venci\u00f3 en mayo de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, el art\u00edculo 29 del Decreto IMMEX establece que la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda verifica anualmente que las empresas con Programa IMMEX cumplan con los requisitos previstos en el art\u00edculo 11, fracci\u00f3n III, entre los que destacan: contar con e.firma vigente, RFC activo, domicilios fiscal y operativos inscritos y activos en el RFC, no encontrarse en los listados de los art\u00edculos 69 y 69-B del C\u00f3digo Fiscal de la Federaci\u00f3n (salvo la excepci\u00f3n prevista en la fracci\u00f3n VI del art\u00edculo 69) y mantener una opini\u00f3n positiva de cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales emitida por el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT), en t\u00e9rminos del art\u00edculo 32-D del C\u00f3digo Fiscal de la Federaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como consecuencia del incumplimiento en la presentaci\u00f3n del Reporte Anual o de cualquiera de los requisitos antes se\u00f1alados, se suspende el beneficio de importar temporalmente las mercanc\u00edas autorizadas al amparo del Programa IMMEX, hasta en tanto la empresa regularice su situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Aviso concede a las empresas suspendidas un plazo improrrogable hasta el \u00faltimo d\u00eda h\u00e1bil de agosto de 2026 para presentar el Reporte Anual del ejercicio fiscal 2025. Una vez cumplida esta obligaci\u00f3n, la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda dejar\u00e1 sin efectos la suspensi\u00f3n dentro de los dos d\u00edas h\u00e1biles siguientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
