La Secretar\u00eda impuso una cuota compensatoria definitiva del 81.04% sobre el valor en aduana de estas importaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posteriormente, el 7 de noviembre de 2006, se public\u00f3 la Revisi\u00f3n de cuota compensatoria, mediante la cual se modific\u00f3 la cuota a 2.07 d\u00f3lares por kilogramo. En ex\u00e1menes de vigencia posteriores, publicados el 2 de febrero de 2011 y el 2 de julio de 2015, la Secretar\u00eda determin\u00f3 reducir la cuota a 1.05 d\u00f3lares por kilogramo y prorrogar su vigencia en periodos de cinco a\u00f1os, respectivamente. La \u00faltima pr\u00f3rroga se public\u00f3 el 19 de agosto de 2020, estableciendo la extensi\u00f3n a partir del 5 de agosto de 2019 por cinco a\u00f1os m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El 14 de septiembre de 2023 se comunic\u00f3 mediante un Aviso sobre la vigencia de cuotas compensatorias que estas se eliminar\u00edan el 5 de agosto de 2024, salvo que alg\u00fan productor manifestara su inter\u00e9s en continuar el procedimiento. TAMSA lo solicit\u00f3 el 24 de junio de 2024, y el 2 de agosto de 2024 se public\u00f3 la Resoluci\u00f3n de Inicio del examen de vigencia, estableciendo el periodo de examen del 1 de julio de 2023 al 30 de junio de 2024 y el periodo de an\u00e1lisis del 1 de julio de 2019 al 30 de junio de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El producto objeto de examen son las conexiones de acero al carb\u00f3n para soldar a tope (codos, tees, reducciones y tapas), que pueden tener tratamientos como biselado, granallado, estampado o pintura, o no tenerlos, y pueden fabricarse bajo diversas normas internacionales que regulan composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica y propiedades f\u00edsicas, como ductilidad, resistencia al impacto y durabilidad, seg\u00fan su uso final. Su tratamiento arancelario se regula conforme al Decreto LIGIE 2022 y el Acuerdo NICO 2022, publicados en el DOF el 7 de junio y el 22 de agosto de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
